Adult and Family Activities

In addition to the adult Small Groups at Hope Church, there are many other activities for Hope Church's adult members and attenders - ranging from events like our New Year's Party and Valentines Banquet, to couples retreats at places like the Sandy Cove Christian Conference Center in northeast Maryland, to men's trips to Promise Keepers rallies.

Hope Church also has many family-oriented events like our Singspiration, Church Picnics and Movie Nights.

Hope Church Softball Team

Games are scheduled for every Sunday afternoon through mid-August (no games are scheduled for Mother's Day or Father's Day, or on the Sundays of the Memorial Day weekend and the 4th of July weekend).

Before each game, the two teams join together for a pre-game prayer, and then we play a friendly yet competitive game of slow-pitch softball.  It's a time of great fun and fellowship for the players, and also for the fans who come out to cheer for the Hope team.

"The Dining Dames"

Once a month, the ladies of Hope Church meet at various local restaurants for dinner and fellowship - a ladies' night out. This is a very informal group with no membership or registration - some women go every month and some are only able to come occasionally - but a good time is always had by all.

Depending on the location of the restaurant that "The Dining Dames" are going to that month, women may choose to meet in the Hope Church parking lot and carpool and caravan to the restaurant, or to meet directly at the restaurant.
